Love this place! I always go to Ian and he always gives me the most beautiful blonde colour. I will follow him! Also Ash is fantastic! Cute little waiting room where they serve you coffee or tea while you wait for your appointment. Tanning beds and many hair stations. The ladies and gentlemen in here are lovely! I will be returning.

First timing coming to this salon as my girlfriend was looking at getting a quick cut and looked like a great reputable salon with great review but that wasn't the case. We get there 15 minutes before our appointment to maybe see if they could squeeze us in a little early, we sit and wait and 40 minutes go by and not a word from any of the hair stylist giving a update on WHEN they will be seeing her or anything. We ended up having to get up and ask ourselves how much longer it will be as other clients were coming and going. Not the greatest first experience at this place and hard to say if we could come back for a second visit

When I walked in for my appointment, the receptionist informed me that the person who booked my appointment did not allow enough time for a cut, blow dry and Style. I informed her that I had to attend a function in the evening to which she went in to speak to the stylist Natasha. The stylist comes out and informs me the same, but then when I insisted I needed my hair done she took me in. By this time, I am feeling uncomfortable by this situation and it was my first visit to this salon. Natasha was quite sarcastic towards me, and also tried to put the blame on me saying "Oh you just booked your appointment yesterday. I guess you weren't planning to get your hair done." What difference does that make as long as I had an appointment. The receptionist nor the stylist apologize for not managing their bookings efficiently. Lousy customer service, and will not go back again. If you have a function to attend and needs to get your hair done, DO NOT go here.

I'm sure most of you can relate on feeling nervous and excited about a haircut, color or seeing a new stylist. Thanks to Ian I will never have that feeling again! Each time I see Ian I walk out loving my hair!! Ian not only understands my style preference but also is a hair sylist with a passion for hair. We have great conversations! Ian you're amazing! 👌

I am writing this review so that it can save someone else ,as I read all good reviews but had worst experience ever. Stylist name sara was booked for my consultation as i was going to India after so long to attend a wedding and wanted to get my hair done. She told me that she can do my keratin treatment and hair color on same day .I even asked her 3 times that are you sure bcoz other 2 salons told me that it's not possible to have them at same time .She said we use diff product and it's no problem .I had my keratin treatment yesterday and right after she was puting hair color when my hair started to get hot when I told her after few minutes she panicked and rushed me to the sink and washed it off as smoke started to come out of my hair. my hair had 4 diff colors when i left bcoz now she can't do color as my scalp was burning and I ended up paying 370 dollars for that service. I cried sitting in that chair and came home. Next day I went to talk to owner and worst attitude she gave me and said nothing she can do about it .They ruined my trip to India as i am travelling today with 4 colors in my hair .I am definitely going to take legal action but want other people to beware and think twice before you use that salon
