Initially, my experience with getting my hair cut with Lisa was subpar. I was upset and called the salon to let them know of the situation. Lisa called me back within an hour and she got me back into the salon the same day to fix my hair. The second time around, my hair came out amazing! I could not be happier. Lisa handled this situation like a professional and I was so impressed that she took the time to reflect on what went wrong during the initial cut so history doesn't repeat itself. This is reflective of a true leader. The salon is very lucky to have her as the owner and I will definitely be back to get my hair cut here again.

I have been going to Mint for a decade-- the longest I have ever stuck with one salon and stylist and there is a reason for that. Lisa and her team are the best. I always feel welcome and my cut and colour are always fabulous. I have referred dozens of people to Mint over the years. What I especially appreciate is that if I have an idea of what I want for my hair but it wouldn't suit me, Lisa will not hesitate to tell me that it wouldn't turn out how I expect. Loved my visit to Mint. For whatever reason I am not someone who likes getting my hair cut, but Mint actually made it an enjoyable experience. Everyone was so positive and friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the building/house itself it so welcoming and accommodating. It’s a very cute and has a positive vibe that lives up to the Lounge description. Devon was easy going and did a great job with my hair. I will never go anywhere again, love this place.
