I recently bought a pair of runners here, I’m not familiar with the brand but thought I would check it out. The staff were really friendly, helped me try on a few styles and were very patient with me and my indecision. The shoes are the best, I wear them all the time,  I never want to wear any of my other shoes since the ecco ones are so much more comfortable. I will be going back for another pair soon.

Found some shoes that fit by my self. But the staff was awful. The woman behind the counter was brusk to the point of rudness to me. While she was polite to the older couple before me. A man was in the shop with a camera, and was walking around with no regard for any customers.

Great service and shoes if you wear orthotics. Lots of  available stylish styles. A great find. Ordered online, and they went out of their way to return one pair to the post office for me.

I bought shoes here about 7 months ago. ECCO boasts a year long manufacture warranty. At first i really, REALLY liked the shoes. After a few months they started to open on the heel portion of the sole, and discolour. Now water gets into the sole and they are deteriorating even more rapidly. I went in to ask about their warranty and they told me i was being too aggressive with my shoes, despite me not wearing them every day and the most "aggressive" thing i use them for is driving, which they suggested was the reason for the damage on the heel. Besides the sole of the shoe, the shoes are gorgeous and hold up well. I just wish my issue could have been resolved. Not very happy with ecco.

Great place with some great high quality shoes. Place is clean with very good service.  I went in to buy one pair of shoes and ended up buying two. The manager is a great person and very helpful . Don't hesitate to shop there :

What make a store great! Probably, you would say the collection. But, i would say the staff as well. And, here at ECCO store, you will get the both. Great collection and best customer service of all time. Jaime was unbelievably helpful to us. And, i want to mention here about the guy, who was also a great help to us, like a month ago. Thank you guys. Keep it up.

Somehow my previous review got deleted.  I came to the store last week and was given very poor customer service, Store was messy and dirty. Staff were too busy with their own personal life on their cell phones too give me service so I had to try on my own shoes.  Do not come here if you want good service.

Nice selection of high quality men’s footwear. Jaime was a pleasure to deal with. She was very helpful and easy going.
