Keele and Lawrence location is amazing to their customers. They very understanding. They go above and beyond for their customers. I have never had a bad experience even when I was in a tight spot they were understanding and tried to help assist as much as they could. Don't go to any other Easyhome location as they won't give you the respect and phenomenal experience as Keele and Lawrence location.
I have been here second time , they did a very good customer service , vikas dalvi was the fsr I who helped me and get the process smoothly , for emergency funds easy home is the great place to go ! Go visit if you need financial help and ask for vikas , he will help you out and give his best to get you approved.
I found the store manager very nice very helpful. She went out of her way to make sure that I could get my delivery in a day and I highly recommend this location.
horrible service. promised saturday delivery and I got completely ghosted. Customer service is no help and doesn't offer me any alternatives so I had to BEG and ASK her for any other. They promised me Saturday delivery just to charge my card and don't even bother to contact me regarding delivery until I call them myself DAYS later. avoid
I found out about easy home via google. They have these amazing deals where you can pay as low as $11 per week and own the furniture. The concept of rent to lease was really fascinating and also helpful to so many immigrants like me who are still trying to make it up in their lives. The staff is very help and they provide the best delivery services. We had to get our door removed inorder to get the sofa is as I live in the basement. They helped me with everything and fixed back everything which is not so much common when it comes to delivery. I would definitely shop from here again soon! : You must ask for Roy if you are visiting this store! He is a great help to have!
