STRONG SUGGESTION.. Before you unlock that door for business, ensure that the Manager (or Assistant) or Lead Keyholder KNOWS WHO IS ON THE FLOOR, WHO IS THEIR BACK UP FOR CASH!. This morning 9:35am was in line, person had a near full cart. Asked if another Checker was available.. the answer is "I have no idea, no one has told me" (the response came a bit rude manner). She made the call for one.. a guy came up and was like I have no idea either.. he did get on.. Your store here in Kenora needs to be better prepared BEFORE YOU OPEN!
