We're visiting Kenora and needed a specific SD card Mini, under 32GB and wanted to shop local so we tried Donny B's. They didn't have what we needed in stock but they were very friendly and directed us to where we could find something.

Each time I've gone to Donny B's Josh has been just a book of information, able to answer any question and seems genuinely interested in pointing me in the right direction for MY needs instead of what the popular products to push are at that moment. Also, random bonus, they can custom cut you an ethernet cable to any length you desire.
I've been a huge supporter of them for yrs great people, friendly and know their stuff... I haven't been so much lately , I'm unable to get screen protector for my new phone they said it was built in and you can see my password smeared on the screen now and both myself and my family members cord doesn't work anymore I can't use the cord from any of my old phones as they change the end and it doesn't fit and nothing in stock , when I purchased my new phone that I'm paying for for 2yrs they had no protective case for it in stock and when I finally got it I dropped my phone on a hardwood floor, the phone wasn't even month old and it didn't protect it, it shattered the bottom part of it Still paying for the phone for another year ... sorry for the vent

Huge shout out to Donny B for the stellar service upgrading my phone and plan with Tbaytel! Josh was amazing as always... answered questions truthfully based on understanding my prior use and history of my phone, provided the specific information that I asked for without hesitation, and most importantly explained in an easy to understand way the differences and benefits! of the new plan structures! As always, he made changing to a new phone stress free! Christine was a hoot to chat with and we talked about a ton of things while I was waiting! I have to admit that I did enjoy the fact that there weren't a ton of other customers in the store. I truly felt that the attention was personal and efficient! Many thanks!

Huge thank you to Josh at Donny B for rescuing us! To provide better communication with our customers, we have a phone that we just use for texting. Well, the phone decided that it wanted to retire! Josh was 1000% helpful by phone, but when I realized I was out of my league..... I called him back, arranged an appointment he offered same day! for the next morning.
