Worst place ever sent me to collections for 3400$ after no longer wanting my furniture which I paid 2400$ in payments for the whole year I had them, I consistently made my payments and anytime I was going to be late I would call in advance, they would harass me for payments days before they were due and I recently found out the so called “General Manager” was talking to a friend of mine at another location when she went to get her TV from them about how horrible I was at payments and blah blah blah. BEWARE completely unprofessional and don’t even abide by their own agreements, didn’t even get a copy of the paper work nothing yet I owe them 3400$... PATHETIC

Easyhome Is A Damn Scam I Got A Bill In Collections For 6,400, I Asked Them To Take It Back Because I Could Not Afford The Payments Anymore They Said They're Gonna Charge A Restock Fee Of 540 My Monthly Payment Amount I Told Her I Couldn't Afford That At The Moment She Gave Me The Hardest Time About It And I Told Her Just To Come Get The Stuff They Came To Get It Before My Next Payment Was Due The One I Couldn't Afford, They Came To Pick It Up With No Problem And There Was Nothing At All Wrong With The Furniture 6Months Later Collections Are Calling Saying I Owe a The 6000 And Sum I Called The Store And Asked Why And She Said Everything Was Totalled And They Had To Throw It Away F***ing BullS***!!!! I Know EasyHome Would Bot Have Taken The Furniture Back If It Was Totalled There Was Not One Scratch On Anything!!!!! These Are The Photos Not Long Before They Came To Get Them Great Condition And I Have Witnesses That Seen The Furniture That Day Of Pickup

Ashliegh, the manager is the best person every! Very helpful. I'd refer anyone and everyone in a heartbeat. For those that can't afford a lump sum up front for furnishing a new home you just moved into, this is the way to go. Not everyone has thousands of dollars stuffed in their pockets, in this economy, saved away. If I could this location 10 stars, I would!!!

The manager at this location is a JOKE!!!! I have called the regional manager for her division. I went in looking for a TV and a laptop, the woman told me that I would be better off buying them from Costco...... Because I would be paying over $4000.00 for the products all together with th 29.5% interest. I said never mind that is Ok. I opted out of their services. I got a call from her yesterday and she told me that I missed a payment.... Payment for what? I did not end up using your services. She continued to tell me that I had put $20.00 to hold the products.... What products? I don't even own anything in my home from easyhome. When I brought up the FACT that I opted out of services that I did not want the products she said that I owe them $260 for a cancellation fee!!!! FOR WHAT???? I did not want to us your services... Again with the $20.00 holding fee that I know for a FACT i did not pay. I did not want to use your services now I have to pay you $260.00 just so you won't take me to collections for NOT WANTING YOUR SERVICES????? I took your advice and went to Costco and picked up a TV, the same TV you showed me on your computer at EASYHOME. She searched it up and showed me at the store....... For someone who is telling people to shop elsewhere and had the audacity to call me a liar I hope you get in trouble. I'm waiting for a call back from the regional manager and trust me I have no shame to tell him what a C*NT he has in one of his departments

This franchise is horrible. They place themselves in low income areas and they make people sign 3 year contracts where they pay thousands in interest. Save your money go buy from Best Buy or the brick .
