My mom bought a certified 2010 van from Larry, and after a week the starter went. This was stressful as my dad is undergoing cancer treatments, but Larry had mom bring the van in to fix for her, he worked on it that night and by next day she picked it up! Thank you for working those extra hours Larry! Two days later, we had issues getting the van to start, we called Larry and he told is to come back with the van. The mechanic and Larry talked over the issues and they are sending us to another shop and taking care of it. This kind of customer service is hard to find these days, we appreciate it even more so while our family is going through a very difficult time. Thank you Larry!
