Service has been great, and hassle-free. The team is honest, and clearly strive to maintain customer satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone in SW Ontario that is considering a Subaru for their next vehicle - even if you’re not from Sarnia, it’s absolutely worth the drive. Five stars.

The whole team from sales to service to finance made my repeat sale flawless. All of my questions were answered promptly and completely. The finance team was sure I was sure I knew all my options and was comfortable with the sale. A great experience!

Great used cars department and sales. New cars sales team has a very "hands-off" approach, which may be a bit too laid-back for some clientel. Good service department; good knowledge of wide variety of vehicles. Convenient customer shuttle to bring clients to and from service department.

Excellent service right from walking into the dealership. You're greeted and cared for every step of the way. Any questions I had were instantly answered by the sales manager, Shane. Everyone at Glen Fenwick Subaru does everything they can to make you 100% happy and they stay true to their word for that. I live in Toronto and they even offered to have the car delivered to my home - super convenient! They give you a copy of your car's alignment before it's released from the dealer, and a lot more! There's an option to even get a VISA card that gives you 2.7 cents off every litre, who doesn't want to save any money! Would highly recommend this dealer even if it is 3 hours away or more!
