Auto House Honda

Excellent staff and great service department. Not the easiest to deal with when it comes to a new purchase as they tend to stick as close to MSRP as possible. Easier to get deals elsewhere but service here is excellent. Just drive on in and if it is a short appointment they have a great lounge to wait in, probably one of the best I have seen recently.

I used them for many years. Just normal dealership, nothing bad and nothing to write home about. Last week I had very bad experience though. They wanted to charge me more then what they advertised service for. On the top of that, they recommended changing wipers. However, I replaced them a week ago with the ones from Canadian Tire. Makes me wonder what else they recommended to be changed and it was not needed.

Adam at Auto House Honda provided excellent straight-forward and honest Sales Service for my Dad. I'm a former successful car sales professional for Volkswagen and Adam treated me and my Dad with respect, cut out the "sales games" other dealers play and showed me that it's worth the drive to Sarnia for not only a great deal, but, quality customer service.
