Just picked up our 2025 Honda accord touring hybrid. We have owned many cars and dealt with many dealerships Brad and auto house were one of the best. It's too easy jk. Brad and Naveen made the process for me to come in and make the purchase so easy that I wanted another vehicle! I just stopped in to see Brad, told him what I was looking for, and he quickly messaged me in the afternoon saying that he had everything I wanted + all of the bonuses that came with my new truck. Very nice staff. Booking a time was easy. Text communication throughout the process was nice for peace of mind. Just having winter tires/wheels installed, it was less expensive than a tire shop, and having Honda program the tire sensors on an Odyssey Touring was a big reason we went here too. The extra vehicle inspections fluids, brake pads, filters and battery make it an even better deal, I was pleasantly surprised to see the multi-point vehicle inspection checklist in a package with the invoice.

I am extremely impressed with the Honda service department! They always go above and beyond to help in any way that they can. From the moment you call and are greeted on the phone to the prompt and informative communication you receive during the diagnostic and repair stage, everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This service department is one of the major reasons we have and will continue to purchase Honda vehicles and get them serviced here. They are fantastic to work with!
