I had a wonderful experience with Finch Ford. This is a delayed review but I got a Ford Maverick earlier on in the year which was impossible to find. Only places had very base models and it was hard to commit. Finch Ford was one of the locations I called and they put me on a wait/cancellation list. My sales person Justin let us know immediately and helped me through the process over the phone to get me this car. It was an order cancellation that had all the bells and whistles I wanted. He was incredibly thorough, professional and kind even when I hurt my foot and was delayed picking up the car. Their team worked with me in the financing department which was a seamless process, they helped me sell my old vehicle and gave me a great price on such a desired truck. I could not recommend this dealership enough and working with Justin Wiens! Thank you
Melissa is fantastic, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for her customers. She even came in on an off day as it worked better for my schedule. It was such a wonderful experience and look forward to going back again in the future.
We ordered our truck in February only to find out in may/June that the truck wasn't order correctly so had to make changes to the order. Configuration and features were not selected properly. So this I'm assuming caused my order to be delayed more. I also let them know at the time of ordering that if another Maverick became available I would buy it instead. It's been 8 months and I have never been contacted by Finch Ford on their own, I have had to asking for updates, if I never asked for updates our truck would have shown up with the wrong features as I had them verify what was ordered since it was taking a long time and I wasn't getting anything from them. I have 2 friends who walked in after I order and have since received their trucks but I have never been given the opportunity. After getting tired of waiting we tried to buy a truck off the lot and had our credit report mishandled and then can't get an answer about what happened. If you want a Ford vehicle as they are great vehicles I highly recommend going to a different dealership. Now our truck sits idle in IL with an estimated delivery date of November 2only the second update in 8months only an 8hr drive away but apparently that takes Ford 3 weeks to a month to move the truck. We are still excited for our new vehicle but extremely disappointed in the customer service. Will update my review as the journey continues. UPDATE: Truck has finally arrived after 9 months and it has missed features plus the dealership dropped my trade in value by more then half making me pay more for the vehicle. Wouldn't do anything for the missed features and problems. Just avoid this dealership at all costs.
No selection for Zero stars. Took my F150 in for a vibration issue Dec-2022. Transfer case bearings and alignment done-$1600. Still had the vibration issue so took it back Jan-2023 - water pump replaced because of noise related issue-$800. So after spending $2,400 I still have the initial vibration issue. Now they're thinking the transmission might need rebuilt. I would never go back here for anything.
They fit me in without an appointment. Afterhours drop is easy, text or calling for updates also easy. I feel like my vehicles are cared for when there for repairs.
The service department is great. These guys really understand proper customer service, which is a refreshing thing in this day and age. I’ll happily be returning here with my vehicles for any future service.
Excellent service from all personnel, very helpful and courteous. They accommodated all of my requirements. They were able to get to the right budget for me, with an F150 XLT 2023..love this vehicle. Will go back to Sarnia-Finch.
Kraig and the team at Finch Ford went above and beyond to get me the truck I wanted for the second time with all of the things I've wanted in a truck. I will continue to go back to Kraig and the team for all my vehicle needs. If I could rate them higher I would. They treat you like family
I stopped in to speak with service department on July 25th regarding a safety issue with my vehicle pertaining to a domestic situation. The young man at the reception desk within the service dept sorry I didnt get your name was so friendly and immediately ensured me that he would find out the answers to my concerns. This is where Cole Boyes got involved. He took my situation very seriously and told me to come back the next day and he would personally take care of me. Cole went above and beyond to rectify the problem and to make sure that I was feeling safer when he was done completing the task. Words can not express how grateful I am to everyone that assisted me!! You have given us peace of mind and made us feel safe again! I will never forget the incredible customer service, compassion, and concern that these men gave us today! I hope Finch Ford knows how lucky they are to have them on their team!! Thank you!!
In October I bought my second vehicle from Lambton Ford and I am so confident that I will be a lifelong customer, both in buying a vehicle and also in their service centre. Both buying experiences have been smooth, seamless, and the staff have made me feel like a valued customer. When I bought this car, I paid for two year licensing and though they mistakenly gave me the sticker for one year, they replaced it immediately once I called. Recently I needed to have my vehicle serviced and I was blown away with how kind the staff was- they even offered to wash it for me free of charge!! I was so excited and told everyone I knew how important they made me feel.
