As we are on an extended journey, from Houston Texas, to Cape Breton and now headed towards Vancouver, finding reliable, honest service for routine maintenance, oil change, etc, is a priority for me. I was very pleased at the professional service I received at Bayview, from quickly making an appointment to a very timely service. Everyone was very friendly, and I left with 100% satisfaction. Truly, this business is an example I wish more companies would follow. Great job!
Nicholas was a great help! He helped us pick out our new fiat, and explained all the important details.nnHe was funny, personable but still professional.nnSara was a huge help with the paperwork, and helped me even after the sale was done!
Got a recall for airbags on my vehicle. Free of charge! Got it scheduled before long. I missed the initial date, and they had another time lined up for me, no problem! I brought my car in, and they had a shuttle for me to take to wherever I needed to be while I waited, with the option to pick me up later. Driver was safe in our commute and kindly. Took the shop workers only a couple hours to get it all done, and I had my vehicle back as it was, now safer! Overall great customer service over the phone, in person, and was well-accommodated for my circumstances. Thanks!
I dealt with Jake Bento at this dealership and I cannot say enough good about him. He found me exactly what i wanted, and did not give up until he located my perfect vehicle. His listening skills were impeccable and he and his team treated me with respect and kindness. If you are looking for a new vehicle, i highly recommend this dealership.
I was in town for a quick visit and my heat shield came loose. Was dragging on the ground. I had a 2hr drive ahead of me, back to Guelph. The amazing staff, were able to get me in quick and remove the shield, so I could drive home safe. It looked like a piece of a spaceship in my back seat lol. Thank you again, for speedy, professional service!!
