This school is a performing arts school and we’re leaning away from that and it makes me sad. However this school is a pretty good school. I’m graduating this year. Once you find the courses you like, and the teachers you like. You will be okay. Sometimes outside the school like, joy hos is unsafe, but as long as you think safe, you will be safe
My younger brother currently goes to this school, but he definitely won’t be next year. The staff are beyond rude and unprofessional and don’t care for a child’s wellbeing and mental state whatsoever. Get better.
My father in law and my two sons have graduated from here. This school has been around since 1953 so it is older and smaller than some but has a rich history. My boys found that the school being smaller was nice. Our family history is cool. I visited the main office and the staff was friendly and helpful. This is a nice location. The school is clean and well lit.
I graduated about a year ago and I'll be honest it felt like eternity. The school has a nice arts program and has a pretty accessible area for the disabled but there's the issue of the area its in being a bit unsafe and students skipping classes, being racist towards fellow students or just straight up macing eachother at the convienence store next to the school. It's education and programs are good but the people could do with a bit more learning just saying
Graduated this year, pretty amazing school, there is a heavy tone of racism towards non white students however. I personally enjoyed my time here. work on the racism and I can absolutely see this school getting much better as time moves on.
