If you have a German car this is a good reliable shop to get work done. Get mine fix here all the time.
My car was not starting and sometimes it stalls. I have spent $300 in canadian tire and $500 and vw showroom. Still they were not able to fix the problem. I went to bug shop and they fixed for very reasonable price less than vw . 5/5. German made car and you have issue bug shop will solve your bug.
We are faithful customers. They actually FIX things instead of replacing everything. Have kept our 2001 VW Jetta running smoothly. The real deal.
Honestly, this is THE BEST specialty shop I’ve ever been to. They took care of my car like no one else, they saved me money at every corner without asking, and my car is running better than when I even bought it! If you need specialty work done on your German automobile, bring it to them. They’re more reasonable than the other shops I’ve been to, and succeed to recognize the sentimental value in my car. My only point of criticism is that I brought my car in for a diagnosis. I was repaired to pay to see what was wrong, and without my authorization they fixed it. This is an enormous red flag. They aren’t by any means cheap, and that’s okay. They have plenty of advantages, but there were things they did for me that I could’ve worked on myself. But other than that one point they can work on, their prices for what they do is reasonable. So my overall experience with them was good.
My car dealership sent me to check my brake light. They recommended this shop. I was greeted by the manager/owner and he said have a seat and be patient. I planned on being there for awhile. I started doing some work and then my car was ready to go. It was sensors that needed replacing post brake pad replacement. Quick and easy service. Fast and friendly people. I would recommend this shop to anyone with foreign cars especially German.
I took my 2009 MB E320 for service after engine went on limp mode. One manifold needed to be replaced. I was told by Rob that all the gaskets, including the oil cooler O rings were replaced. Shortly after, the engine started to leak oil. Took it back twice, each time something else was replaced. Had the car serviced elsewhere and guess what, the Oil cooler O rings were never replaced. Moral of the story is be man enough to say the truth as it catches up with you. Prior to this, I did not have a problem with the shop.
There are three kinds of mechanic The Honest Mechanic The Dishonest Mechanic These guys Without going into too much detail about the EXTREMELY pricey, EXTREMELY time consuming problem I had with my 2007 VW Passat, I'm thrilled with the level of service I was given by the shop, specifically Karsten. Are these guys busy? Yeah man, the cage at the shop is a zoo. Are you going to wait? Maybe, but it's probably going to be worth it. The pricing is great, there's no doubt about that - even though I didn't get the work done I ended up scrapping the car, I dug around quite a bit on the cost they gave me, and came up empty searching for a better deal. They even gave me a few days to decide on the course of action, it wasn't an issue it may be for you, but my experience in this regard was great, and helped me make a decision without the added duress. I probably won't buy another VW, but if I did, this is the place I'd go with it.
Karson probably saved me $800-1000 easily. I brought in my 2002 Golf & it had a whole bunch of issues. He had them all fixed in less than 24 hours and I paid a fraction of what I expected. Thanks Very much and you just got yourself a new customer for life.
