Purchased a Ford Escape from this dealership. I stumbled across Daleo doing a google search. I have never dealt with a used car dealership before, but the quality of the Escape is exceptional and still blows me away! Michelle was my sales rep and Travis did the financing for my new car. They're both very friendly and did a great job. My credit isn't great due to COVID we had a bill go to collections and it took quite the hit, but we were still able to work out something reasonable that I can afford. I don't think I would have been able to get a car of similar value at the ford dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who needs help getting into something nicer, even if your credit isn't the best. Just make sure you get something you can afford!
One of the worst dealership i was visit. I got car from them, car is good but they make person fool and felice not stands on their wording.he never do that things whatever he asked while dealing. They waste lot of my time, i visit near about 8-10 time to office for my car. Take upto a week for delivery. They ask us for replacing new tires while delivery but they did'nt and after charge me for tires and being clever at all. I will never recommend to any of my friend to visit such a worst dealership.

I bought the Mazda 3 from here in May 2019. The staff is very supportive and I am glad with their service. Thanks Felice for helping me for picking good car. Excellent costumer service. One on the best car dealers. I have dealt with. I purchased a used car from Daleo motors last week. Mary was great. She was super friendly. I am happy with my new Hyundai Santa Fe. The price was below market price. They were transparent and share all the car history up front. Even they let me take it to my mechanic. Awesome people over all.
