Splice Bar and Grill

We had a wonderful night out with friends at Splice! The food was really delicious - highly recommend the schnitzel. The hosts were very friendly, thoughtful and hospitable. We also appreciated the cozy ambiance and warm atmosphere. Would definitely come again.

It was a very quiet Tuesday night and I was only looking for a light dinner. This is the perfect place for such a meal and if the grilled calamari was any indication of what this place can offer, further meals have to be investigated. Local brews on tap and attentive staff. Love the classic jazz background vibe.

I took my parents to Splice last Saturday evening and our experience was phenomenal. We all had their lamb shank that was on special and it is safe to say that we absolutely loved it! It was perfectly braised, tender and tasty. And the service was absolutely excellent. We are definitely going to come back again. Well done!

One of my favorite restaurants in Milton. The food is delicious and the ambiance is cozy and relaxing. Service is great including the prices. Everyone in Milton should try this restaurant. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing! We have lived in the neighbourhood for almost 2 years and just tried Splice for the first time tonight. The service was excellent, wine perfectly chilled and the Ravioli was exceptional! We will be returning without a doubt & bringing our friends along.
