One of my favourite place to go too, best pizza in town and the staff there are awesome people, their customer service is amazing and their pizza as well as their chicken wings and crazy bread is Delicious, highly recommend coming here, thank you guys for this awesome pizza :

I ordered 5 pepperoni pizzas online around 1500 hours to be delivered to 661 Martin St Milton from the Milton store on Ontario St. My time for delivery was 1940 hours. At 2015 hours I called the store to find out where my order was and I was told it was with the driver. This order never showed up. Because this order was paid in advance + tip I am out 100.00 for food I never got. I will be contacting you whenever you open and then I will report this to your head office. Someone had a pizza party at my expense on Christmas Eve.. Do you not follow up with the driver to ensure all delivers have been made and to the correct contact?

I've been coming to this location in Milton for over 10 years and have found the quality of the pizza and the customer service is consistently above average. When my kids were younger it was practically a Friday night tradition - getting pizza here once or twice a month to pair with a movie - and so we have lots of fond memories associated with Little Caesars.

I ordered online and arrived within the time frame my order would be ready. I told the attendant I was there to pick up an online order for Scott. He rolled his eyes and said, "You have to enter your order number in the machine to get your pizza." I had forgotten my phone at home. As if this was some great inconvenience to the cashier, he said "I'll get it for you this time, but next time you need to enter your order number." Like seriously buddy, all you had to do was open a door and hand me my order and say "Thank you.". What is up with the attitude?

Some decision you make, you regret after a while, some you make and regret immediately. After giving these guys a try on a friend's recommendation and my fond memories from school life, I decided to take my kids to little Caesars, huge mistake! Order two custom pizzas, 66$ later, Worst pizza ever. Entire pie was soggy, I mean dripping soggy, as if someone poured some fluid on top of the pizza, I'm really hoping it was cheese melting, otherwise this would be an even Worst experience. Staff was nice, guy serving was friendly, just hoped the food would match his enthusiasm. This was not even a poor experience but a disgusting experience. Never going back there, and would not recommend any of my friends going to this place.

I am a regular customer to this location. Everytime I go in and the taller man is working. The pizza is amazing, hot and fresh!!! I am happy to wait a couple of minutes to have it go through the oven then and he always made sure of that. However there has been a couple of times including today when he isn't working I am given stale pizza that has been sitting there. Hard and the cheese is not even warm. This is so disappointing as it is like Russian roulette of whether the man who really puts in the work to make sure service and pizza is fresh is going to be there.

First time ordering from this location. I received half of my order, was missing all dipping sauces and an entire pizza. Crazy bread didn't have parmesan cheese on it. The pizza was cold and not fully cooked. The cheese had barley melted. Def the worst delivery experience I've ever had. Not returning.

Good branch get my pizza ready in 10 min. Staff where friendly and provide good service.
