We ordered take out here on a Friday night and we didn't have to wait too long. The food was ready in 20 minutes and the person who took the order was very friendly and helpful. The food was also packaged well for the ride home and even though it's winter it did retain some of its heat. He ordered to pizza herbivore pizza and wings combo. We also ordered the cactus fries and spinach and artichoke dip. We were only 3 people and this meal lasted us 3 days. I really liked the pizza and that they have the meatless crumbles. The cactus fries were my favorite but they're always a crowd pleaser. I was a bit disappointed by the spinach and artichoke dip since it was dry and very dense, but I think it probably would have been better at the restaurant. Look forward to our next takeout night here!
The place was not clean but the service was good and fast. Pizza, I found it a bit salty for my taste, and cheesecake was very dry. I will not say more... but overall, I will just give 2 stars. They need to clean moreFood: 4/5
Went in and sat on the patio. We were promptly greeted and drink orders taken. Once they came with the drinks we ordered our apps and mains. Asked to bring all out together. Service and food were great. Apps are good portions. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Good service, manager recommended us the chicken parm dish and it was really delicious. Thank you so much Boston pizza, me and family really enjoyed our time here. Will be returning for my daughter’s birthday party.
2/5 bad food quality. Fruit flies at our seating location, just behind the counter. Customer service was good 4/5 This is not the true boston pizza quality. french onion soup bowl was literally tasted like salty poutine gravy mixed with more water and nothing else. Cauliflower appetizer was good. Fettuccine alfredo lack of shrimps, flavor was satisfactory BUT THE WORST PIZZA QUALITY I HAVE EVER HAD. I had boston pizza from Calgary and Edmonton, this is nothing comparable to that taste and pizza dough quality. It looks like and taste like a Grade C pizza, i can't even think about that I'm having a gourmet pizza. Save your money guys, seriously.
Stopped here on our way to Toronto. This Boston Pizza is by far the worst location that I have been to. We recieved dirty plates. There were fruit flies flying everywhere while we tried to eat. The walls inside the booths had food and greese all over them. There was food and trash all over the ground. The decor is run down. This place should be shutdown for health reasons. The pizza was also not up to par with ones I have had at other locations.
Listen to the low reviews. Stay away from this place Came here with my boyfriend cause we were were hungry after an event that was close by and honestly we should have gone to McDonald’s. Keep in mind it’s a slow night even for a Saturday night Once we were seated at a booth that was steps away from the kitchen and two servers passed by, it was a total of 10 minutes before our server came and took our order. It took a while just to get a starter salad and drinks water and a Pepsi. When the starter salad arrived they nearly went back to the kitchen to ask which table it was for was given to us. We weren’t even given cutlery in the beginning, we had to ask for it. Our main dishes came medium pizza and burger. My boyfriend asked our server for extra ketchup, our server said no problem he’ll get it for us but then we waited a good 10 minutes until our server came back to our table with no ketchup and asked if everything was okay. I told our server that my boyfriend still didn’t get the extra ketchup that he had asked for. My boyfriend finally got it after our server apologized Our server then disappears once again. My boyfriend and I are done with our meals and our server has yet to check on us. We had to ask another server for a take out container. The wait times we had in between everything was very long and the staff disappear after you ask them for something. Then forget what you asked for. And the walls had about 10 fruit flies on it. This place is so off putting that no tip was deserved.
We were seated for almost 20 min before we were even acknowledged. The place wasn’t even busy it was around 4 pm. Everyone from the waitress and hostess were busy chatting away and on their phones. The waitress that was busy on her phone finally came over and was extremely rude after I asked her why we had to wait 20 min before we were even acknowledged. I will never be coming back.
We're here on a Sunday and one of five customers in here which should've been an indicator for us but... Floors are a mess, it's freezing cold in the restaurant so much so I had to wear my coat and the staff talk so loudly in the back you cannot hold a proper conversation. There was also bacon in the jalapeno dip which I specifically asked for without because I am a vegetarian. To top it off my vegetarian burger tasted like fish and was definitely past expiry. I've had the same meal at other locations and always enjoyed it. To say I won't be coming back is an understatement. However, on a positive note our actual server was very nice and accommodating. The other was wearing a crop top which I personally felt was inappropriate when handling food.
There were flies all over our food which we were busy trying to kill instead of enjoying our food. There were also dead flies along the walls next to the table. The flies were so bad we had to request a table change. That did not solve the issue as the flies were at this table as well. The service was horrible. We waited so long to be noticed at the front of the restaurant; there was no rush which could explain the wait. The server did not come back to see if we needed anything. We had to get up to ask and get help from kitchen ourselves. The washrooms were disgusting with papers all over the floor. The restaurant floors were dirty with straws and papers everywhere. Last time we came here there was hair in our food. Each visit disappoints. Highly suggest you avoid this location at all costs.
