Our server's name was Cat. She was attentive to our needs without being in our face all the time. The food was delicious. The restaurant and the bathrooms were clean. Highly recommend going to eat there when visiting Timmins. Thank you Cat and kitchen staff for a great dining experience. Will definitely return.
Got the bacon wrapped scallop carbonara. Was a nice hot meal and the bacon wrapped scallops were cooked perfectly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the other scallops that were not bacon wrapped were WAY over cooked and grey so I think they were old. Very tough. I mentioned it to my server, not really wanting to do anything about it and she offered to have 2 bacon wrapped scallops cooked fresh to replace the others. That was nice and not necessary. When she came back there were 3 bacon wrapped scallops for me not 2. I'd say service was impeccable with this one stag thanks!!
This is absolutely the best East Side Mario’s I’ve ever dined at. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic. Katelyn was extremely happy and helpful giving me suggestions for gluten free options. She is an exceptional server and an asset to the company. If she’s working ask to sit in her section! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free option’s available and the kitchen staff and my server Katelyn were very careful with my order. Thank you!
First time going for dine in since their renovation and the food was delicious. We had shrimp scampi, chicken parm sliders, wedding soup, pizza and pesto pasta. Everything was delicious and our waitress Lynda was the best.
Our server Lynda made our dining experience at the restaurant a very relaxing one & she added some much needed humor as this day was tough on us all but especially on my mom as she was saying her final goodbye to her husband of 50+ yrs. He would've wanted us to do more smiling and laughing then crying and our server Lynda sure made that happen. So thank you Lynda for helping my brothers & I bring a smile to my mom's face on this difficult day.
The waitress we had was absolutely amazing, friendly and patient, she was great with the kids interacting with them and making the dining experience a breeze with 3 littles. The food was great as well but her customer service made the visit more than any food could! Kid-friendliness: Waitress was phenomenal with our children, interacting with them and giving them appropriate choices and involving them in the restaurant experience.
Today, I had to pass by East Side Mario’s in Timmins to try some of their delicious food and it was superb! Big shout out goes to Nancy the waitress who provided excellent and professional attitude towards her line of duty and do I acknowledge her for recognition. Good job Nancy! Vegetarian options: The best!
This is always the best experience I get provided with above and beyond great costumer service that makes me feel so welcomed and happy to be here. The food it delicious and staff are amazing ESPECIALLY Robbie he is phenomenal! He deserves a raise with his kindest hospitality and services! Parking: Great availability’s. great locations. We had a wonderful visit as usual! Food came out quickly and all items were correct. Cat was our server and she was very kind and efficient!
I am updating this review since the manager did go out of his way to rectify a previous subpar experience. The front of house staff here has always been polite and friendly, and even though we were there during a fairly busy lunch, we received our orders in a sensible amount of time. Everything was as-ordered and really hit the spot. Can't go wrong with the lunch trio, and the chicken Tetrazzini was very tasty.
