Most discussing place I have ever had. No customer service not good behaviour. Ask for dipping nobody come to serve. Show them it frozen but didn’t listen. Just bad image of Boston pizza
I just want to thank the GM, Jennifer and her staff for my "after party" that myself and about 30 or so people attended last night at around 10:30. We were a bunch of pro wrestlers and volunteers that showed up for lots of food and drinks as we were hungry and thirsty after our charity event! The staff was was great, super friendly and courteous and the food was served in a timely manner! I also love the new menu! Oh, and it was delicious too!! Since 2005, BP has been our go to place to relax, unwind, laugh and have a great time! We left super happy and will definitely be back for our next wrestling event in April 2023! Again, thank you, it was greatly appreciated!!
Personally I really enjoy here and the food is great. However, delivery needs work. From time of order to delivery was almost 2 hours…just 11 minute shy of 2 hours. That is horrible. Then when ready to eat, they didn’t pack the sauces that the power bowls come with….so it’s plain. This is the second time this has happened within the last 2 times I ordered from here. That is totally unacceptable. You ensure it’s all together to bring to the table, it’s still your job to ensure it’s all together for delivery. Don’t know what the problem is lately but please correct before ratings are affected. Further, when called about it, all gets dismissed like it’s no big deal!!! Ugh. Totally disappointed!!!
The food was great and the service was fantastic! I can't remember our server's name unfortunately, but he went above and beyond. Not only did he take care of a huge table there were 21 of us, he was kind, kept up with us, and brought the lateness of some of our main dishes to his boss's attention before we could even start complaining. That was outstanding!

If I could give this place a 0 star review that's what I would do. Came here in December of 2022 with a friend. We got seated and the server gave us menus. After around 5-10 minutes, the server came and asked for our drinks and we both ordered water and decided to order our appetizer and meals. Even after we got our meals, our drinks or appetizers did not come, nor were we given utensils or mini plates. Sat around for 20 minuets after our food came and the server asked how everything was going. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. Very disappointed.
Busy place on a Friday night. Great atmosphere. Our server lost us for a bit but the food was good and came in a reasonable amount of time.Food: 5/5
Stopped in for a late lunch bar side, our waitress Ashley was amazing. Good food and awesome service! We will be back
The location of this restaurant was perfect. It was right outside the hotel we stayed in. Good music and good food. I am giving it a 3 only cos of the attitude of the staff. Very unfriendly and very unprofessional. Otherwise the food was good.
The quality of food and service was excellent. I placed my order via the web app, and the food was ready when I arrived 10 minutes later. I was greeted by a very friendly person at the front counter who got my food and I was on my way shortly after. The food was well packaged and I was especially impressed with a separate package that contained the utensils and napkins. Well done Timmins Boston Pizza!
