We were a group of 10, and there was only one server for the entire dining room. The server herself was very helpful and patient. Appetizers, drinks, and food arrived within a decent amount of time. Food was nice a hot. The restaurant also allowed us to bring in a birthday cake. They even supplied us with clean plates and cutlery. Would definitely go again.
Food was great even the tuscuni pastas was delicious and cooked just right! Service was polite and generous, they only complaint I have is the whole restaurant’s interior and Exterior needs a overhaul renovation as its been more then 10 years since the last one. Reasonable location as well near the river is cool.
Great service. Food was excellent. Unfortunately it’s always freezing in there so wear a sweater. Great caesar salad and bread sticks. Pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust was delicious
Ordered last night, today I noticed that the ham on it was MOULDY AND BLUE!! I even took pics and sent them to my spouse. I am totally disgusted and will never order from there again!! Must be under new ownership or management....if ya catch my drift!!
I don’t know who this gentlemen is but wow! Great service! I placed my order online and then went to pay for it, since I was there might aswell. My order wasn’t ready yet, without having to ask he had informed me it would be ready in approximately 5mins. So I thanked him and said that I would be right back. Well, I was just on my phone in my truck and this gentleman went out of his way and brought me my food and drink to my truck. You don’t see service like that anymore, most people would put my food in the warmer till I got back, but he went the extra mile and brought me my food outside of the building. Also, I will mention that he has little keychains that he 3D prints at the front counter, he’s trying to start a small 3D Printing business. If you wanna support local definitely go check this place out! Will 100% be coming back on my next trip to timmins!
The server accidently dropped a plate of salad on the ground but she was very proffessionnal about it. She was the only server because of the lack of employees but she kept doing her best and for that it deserves a 5 star to me. Also, the pizza was delicious!
Pizza Hut did not deliver everything I ordered. And now i have to wait another 40 minutes while my pizza gets cold. I bet you I wont even get a different pizza
Lori was the best. We had never before experince. Best customer service. Lori was very helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel like home. Would definatly visit the same place everytime I am in the town.

The food was great. I wasn't happy that I could not dine in because dine in doesn't open till 4pm. I just wanted to sit and have a meal but instead I had to eat in my transport.. Inspend enough time in that truck....
