I haven't seen a Casey's for 20 years I had no idea there was still some around. The food was amazing and the service was even better! Its worth the drive to TIMMINS!
We were in Timmins for the weekend visiting a friend and we came here on the Friday night. It was so good we ended up going back again on the Saturday night! The food here is great and it's reasonably priced based on the portion sizes.
It was my 1st time ever at Casey's yesterday night and I have to say that I was very pleasantly surpised! The restaurant was packed but we were seated almost right away and our server Tara was amazing the entire time. The interior was that of what you'd expect of a chain style grill. Aged but tidy with lots of wood in a rustic style. Before coming to Casey's I really did think it was going to be the regular ol' roadhouse type food but after reviewing the menu they actually provide a wide array of opitions. Yes theres steaks, ribs, burgers etc, but theres also quite a few unique salads, tacos and pasta bowls too. We ordered 2 appies, the "Asian Calamari" and the "Meat Lover's Flatbread". While they both had good flavour, we didn't necessarily LOVE them. The flatbread had super thin soggy crust so the toppings all slid off when trying to eat, and it was quite hard to actually taste the squid through the breading when eating the Calamari. The mains on the other hand were AWESOME! The Thai Chicken Salad was literally the best thing I've eaten at a restaurant in quite awhile, had a great punch of flavour and definitely unique for this type of restaurant. We weren't too sure on the type of sauce for the ribs but Tara helped w/ that and they were great! Better than thoses I've had at Montanas and Kelseys All in all a great time at Casey's! Kid-friendliness: Family friendly restaurant in general. Parking: Large parking lot in the back of the restaurant, shared w/ the hotel next door I believe. Wheelchair accessibility: I think there are a few sections that require you to step down a stair or two. Shouldn't be a problem to request another sitting arrangement. Dietary restrictions: Mention beforehand and the waiter can check for you if its possible to exclude.

Great bar and grill. It is not a quiet place and can get quite busy. For evenings and weekends, I'd recommend making a reservation of calling to inquire about availabilities. Waitresses/Waiters have always been delightful, and if there is ever an issue food, service, etc, it is rectified immediately. Once, I ordered the club trio, and my club had one thin slice of turkey. The waitress had the kitchen make a whole new sandwich when I had just requested a bit more meat. Very friendly, accommodating, and most of them have great cocktail recommendations. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, but the hum of everyone is louder than what a kid can be. There is not much room to maneuver around the other tables and chairs. Parking: Somewhat shared parking with the Super 8 hotel next door. The parking lot is too small for the volume of consumers that dine at this establishment. You may find yourself circling the building a few times before finding a spot.
Casey's was closed during the pandemic and recently just opened up again. The service was fantastic! Positive: the wings were flavourful and crispy, and the Asian Calamari was good also. The ribs were a bit dry and chewy, and the coleslaw had no dressing on it. The house vegetables came hot and cooked well, but there was no seasoning/butter so it was just plain steamed vegetables. Overall the meal was still good and I'd come back!
Last time I eat here. Been here over 2 hours, still no food. And yet, tables that arrived after us are being served their orders. if you don't have the staff don't take reservations for 30 people. We were a table of 3.
Went for a romantic dinner with my partner! The chicken Parmesan and Brie and mushroom burgers were Amazing!! They serve my favourite Caesar salads! Very friendly staff and very attentive!! Ambience 5/5 Service 5/5 Response time 5/5 Value for $: 5/5
Meal sizes were sufficient, food was good, service was excellent. This was our second time at this place while visiting timmins. I didn't take the pics maybe next time. Edit: Third time pics, service was great.
The food I ordered the Fish and Chips as amazing. Will definitely be back to visit!Food: 5/5
