A really nice place to go. The buffet is delightful, spicy if you want spicy, not spicy if you don't like spice, such a great variety. Really good for the vegetarians amongst your circle of friends. They bake the naan bread right there in big round ovens and it is delicious. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff are friendly and attentive. The owner checks in with you to make sure you are enjoying your time and is very friendly. It's not cheap but it is well worth it. Plus the buffet's dessert bar has a dozen treats for you to try. And you owe it to yourself to try them all!

Truly an amazing dining experience. The atmosphere was very comfortable and staff were extremely friendly. A family-owned restaurant and you could definitely feel the love and care given to ensure you felt at home. It is a buffet so you can fill up on all of your favourite dishes or just sample a bit of everything. There is a dessert bar, so that is definitely a good way to end your dining experience. This was my first time eating here so I sampled a bit of everything. I am not too familiar with Indian food and the staff helped to explain the different dishes to me. The naan bread is cooked as you watch. Their cheese and yogurt are made fresh on site. Was not disappointed. They have locations in Ottawa, Ontario as well. I will definitely be coming back.

This is a superb restaurant in so many ways. The owners and staff care, the food is excellent and that is an assessment from over two decades of eating here. They always seem to find some new wrinkles to throw into the buffet. I have made a habit of recommending it to out of town friends and business associates and I am always thanked for it. I am not sure what more they can do...other than to offer free Naan bread, apparently! I don't mind paying a little bit extra for it.

My favourite restaurant in Winnipeg bar none! Excellent food, friendly owners and a great atmosphere. I always look forward to eating there! Huge delicious lunch buffet selection. Just to prove how absolutely dominant East India Company is for Indian food in Winnipeg take a look at the negative reviews. Very obviously competing restaurants that are trying to knock East India Company down a few notches. "Dirty dishes, restaurant not clean etc.." Complete BS, one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been to. "Food is too spicy" wth? If anything my only complaint is the spiciness level is 'please everyone" (mild, but very flavourful). So get a grip competitors, spend more time improving your mediocre restaurants instead of spending your time writing misleading Google Reviews!

Always high quality food. Unbelievably clean and the best way for people new to Indian good to try many different dishes. Can't wait to go back!
