Thida's Thai Restaurant

Popped in for a quick bite at lunch and I was not disappointed. Simple in restaurant design, but big in food flavour and selection. I ordered Pad Kra Pow at 5/10 spiciness but I could have gone higher. It came with sorry g rolls but I ordered extra shrimp ones as well. Everything was excellent, piping hot and out quick. My only criticism is that new customers may not understand that they need to pay at the front when finished, but I may have missed that somewhere. All in all a great downtown gem.

We have been here many times and tried many dishes. Never been dissapointed. The staff remember you after a while and it's nice to get some personal service. I'd recommend the lettuce wraps, green curry, pad Thai, and mango salad. Spice level is 1 to 10 so try 7 or 8 if you like spicy. Can always add more!!

Disappointing...Pad Thai taste like it was tossed in Ketchup, and the Pad Peanut Sauce Stir-Fry was just ok (bland and to sweet). Maybe it was just a bad night in the kitchen, who knows. With all the great Thai restaurants in the city, I'll be hard pressed to come back to this place again.

Been coming here for years. Best Thai food in the city by far. Love the coconut curry soup!

Good food and value, with lunch specials around $10 with tax. Heat scale is from 1 to 10 HOWEVER, it's set for lightweights. If you like spicy and hot, go 15-30.
