Our family admire Earls'food and customer service a lot. The restaurant consistently delivers phenomenal customer service with enthusiastic staff. Everyone on team deserves five stars specially kitchen chefs who cook delicious food.nnThis time Norah and Larissa provided exceptional service, making my kids feel comfortable and welcomed. Despite having a very busy schedule, they took the time to check on us twice to ensure everything was going well. This outstanding hospitality is exactly why we visit Earls at least twice a month. We love Earls!

The food and service were exceptional, making up for the wait time. Steffi was my server and her great hospitality and the incredible meal completely turned around a delay in seating during non-peak hours.

Amazing experience as always! Mostly because of our server, Rachel, who went above and beyond with the customer service. She provided a friendly atmosphere from the moment we stepped inside the restaurant, and consistently brought a positive attitude throughout our dinner experience. She honestly made it feel more like a comfortable supper at a friend’s house rather than a scripted performance than most servers I encounter. As always, food is good at Earl’s but Im really impressed by their approach in hosting. She deserves a raise for the genuine care and passion she puts in her job.

Attended the South Albert Earls location for a birthday. The hostess Jamie asked us if we wanted decorations and she installed a banner and happy birthday napkins. The waitress Keysha was professional courteous and efficient. The food was really good and I like that if you say you want to share a meal that they plate it on two different plates
