A great spot to eat. Well priced, innovative locally sourced food choices, and friendly staff!

Beautiful spot. Friendly staff, and a gorgeous view you cannot beat... and this is the middle of winter. Can't wait to see it in a different season! I ordered the risotto and it was spectacular. Rice was cooked perfectly al dente, robust flavours, and confit tomatoes were lovely. Great lunch spot. I'll be back!

Service was great and they let me have my dog on the outside of the patio! As dog friendly as legally possible :) wine selection and staff knowledge of the wine was also excellent. The only room for improvement is the food -- burger was on the dry side and somewhat bland. Overall a great experience come for the atmosphere and great view and eat on the side!

My two girlfriends and I shared a bottle of wine on the willow patio this afternoon and experienced what I would suggest was mediocre service. We had been kayaking prior and so we were dressed very casually. The patio had plenty of availability when we got there but the waitress seemed less than encouraging about seating us. She asked if we were staying for dinner and when we said no that seemed to help. We were very casual and we all felt like she did not think we were dressed appropriate to seat us on the patio. She hesitantly gave us a table and we ordered a bottle of wine. She did not return to the table later to pour or check on us. Eventually we had to flag her down to get out bill which never came. We saw her serve two other tables with drinks and still no bill. We decided to go into the front door to pay instead of waiting any longer. She then brought me the wrong bill to pay and I stopped her prior to putting it into the machine. My husband and I love the fine dining that the willow offers but my girlfriends and I were disappointed in the way we were treated this afternoon on the deck. The Willow advertises use of their patio on Fridays and we thought this was a casual experience. Certainly others on the patio were casual like us. You should be aware of how your staff treats people and you can not judge a book by its cover. We are three professional women who feel like just because we were casual (one of us was wearing a ball cap) and taking a couple hours break from our stressful careers, we did not look the part to warrant attention. I hope you will train and advise your staff accordingly.

Horrible service out of the three times I've attempted to dine at this restaurant I've had only had 1 enjoyable experience while having a drink after canoing the lake. The other two times I left before the I could even order food. Came on my birthday and was treated like we had no money to purchase a bottle of champagne. Was told by the server Bailey to stick to the 8$ glass special instead of buying a bottle.. even after she said that we still asked what kind of champagne they had by the bottle she told us that the special was better. Very bad for business to be suggesting customers to stick to the cheap glass even after they ask you to inform about the bottle selection. intent of coming to this location on my birthday was to celebrate with a champagne bottle.. left immediately after bailey started giving us attitude. When we asked to speak to manager regarding our server she left our table and sent another server to collect bill and to ask why we wanted to speak to the manager and that there was no manager that night.. we left and had a much more enjoyable experience at Chop. .. Decided to give The Willow another chance this afternoon after a nice walk around the lake for a glass of wine with my husband. We were on the deck for about 15 minutes no water no server no menus so once again we left!!!! During this 15 minutes the table next to us was ALSO complaining about the service and time they spent waiting for a server -keep in mind this day was NOT busy- ... My first experience at the willow was lovely and we had the best service by an older lady medium height with short hair.. I wish I caught her name because if I ever return it will be only when she is working!!!! Watch out for the younger girls you will be treated like you don't belong at this restaurant
