At Skye Bistro & Cafe, we are passionate about living on the Prairies. That starts with our emphasis on local, organic seasonal ingredients. Sustainability plays a big role in everything we do, from reducing waste and our carbon footprint, tobeing part of the Ocean Wise program and supporting local farmers. We are committed to making healthy contributions to our community. By crafting simple, approachable, seasonal cuisines, our goal is to make eating out an exhilarating experience! After spending 20 years in loud, uninspiring kitchens with white tiles under fluorescent lighting, we’ve set out to make our kitchen different. Surrounded by fertile soil where daylight shines and herbs and vegetables thrive, we are free to express our creativity! At Skye, there is no limit!
