Food was so good, the drinks were phenomenal, and the staff were lovely. Very happy I tried it while I was there. The patio was so gorgeous and perfect. Highly recommend
Service was awesome. Food came out hot and delicious even with a large group. Our server was cheerful and accommodating! Wish I caught her name!!
One of the worst dishes we have ever tasted. We ordered Cajun Oven Baked Salmon because we wanted something spicy. When we took the first bite, we knew it was inedible. It was like eating raw salt. We asked the waiter if this was meant to be salty. He talked with the kitchen and said apparently the chef didn't even put any salt, it was probably the Cajun spice. Honestly, we eat Cajun spice on a daily basis and it is not supposed to taste like this. Because we couldn't eat the dish, we ordered their famous Clam Chowder. Again, inedible. There was an ingredient which was extremely sour. With every spoon, it was like playing roulette - will this spoonful be sour or not. And we were too tired for a game. We left with empty stomach and empty wallet lol.
This place is ok and the food is above average. Menu seems limited compared to visits in prior years. Nothing here blew me away as to ensure a repeat visit, but nothing was bad. I stopped here at the same time as Christmas parties were happening and perhaps that may explain the slow kitchen and table service.
It's an earls. In a normal environment that would be 4 stars but by Yukon standards that is a huge complement. The food is very well prepared and service is fast and friendly. The covid measures seem to be well executed and the food is great. Honestly this might be among the better choices in the city and if it was called something different it would be far more popular. This is a great default not sure what we are having restaurant. Great for speedy take out too. I only wish the online order would be set up for a faster and more convenient experience. Thumbs up to the staff and managers for the great job they are doing.
The quality of the food is disappointing for the price you pay. My food felt like it was partially frozen once, the second time my steak was very tough, and the last time my chicken was overcooked and tough. The service was sufficient but the ambiance is not as welcoming and the food is just not that great. I used to enjoy the food but I'll take my family and my business elsewhere. 3 strikes, you're out.
We love Earls and we love Earls happy hour even more. It's almost our Sunday tradition to go to Earls for happy hour. So when we walked in this Earls at 4:15pm and were told that there's no happy hour, we were very disappointed. To my understanding, the whole point of being a chain restaurant is it's consistency, plus on the website, it's still advertising that the happy hour is on. Also, I tried to order a seafood entree and was told the daily ritual is not on either! This is false advertising!! Because the restaurant doesn't offer what the website states, I didn't go to the general Earls website, as you can tell by the URL, I'm on the whitehorse location's website. If you're not running specials or happy hour, at least take it down from the website. The service is mediocre as well, uopon entering, no one was at the reception, we waited for a good while and I had to poke my head in TWICE to get the waitress's attention to be seated. Only good thing is the food and drink's taste were still up par with Earls standard, otherwise I'd give it an even lower score.
I've been to Earls several times over the years. The service and food is almost always great. I never have to wait in line. The location/parking is very convenient for me. Overall a great experience! Constructive feedback: - The baby high chairs do not have trays and are too short for some of the tables. - The payment terminal's minimum tip suggestion is 15%. Makes it awkward when I choose my normal tip amount of around 10%. Not choosing the minimum of 15% could potentially make a server feel as though he/she did not offer good service.

Daniel had the most amazing service and was just so on top of it this wonderful may evening. I will definitely be back! He is so professional and amazing at his job. I have nothing but gratitude for the amazing team here at earls. The food was scrumptious and the dessert was to die for. I would love to congratulate the people at earls for their kind hospitality and the love they put into their job! Thank you so very much!
