I ordered the New York Strip sirloin steak and the filet mignon, I ordered it as medium rare and it was more medium well when it was served, the filet mignon was ordered as medium and it served more rare. The flavour wasn’t anything special, I had to add more salt and pepper, the baked potato and seasoned vegetables that came with steak were very good though. Prices are very reasonable, overall the food is very good. We also tried the dessert, I had the mango berry cheesecake and my Colleague had the salted caramel cheesecake, absolutely delicious.
Food was good, but the owners don't know how to do business. I wanted a burger with potato fries other sides were salads. They were out of fries and said I could get yam fries for a surcharge. I did so, but this wasn't fair because they subbed yam fries for their fish and chips without charge. They should do the same for their burgers, especially because they regularly offer fries as a side for burgers. If they really wanted to surcharge, then even $0.50 or something instead of penalizing customers almost $2 would be more reasonable.
I visited this restaurant on a Sunday when most of the restaurants in the Main Street area if Whitehorse were closed. They have plenty if Vietnamese, Asian and Canadian options with good portion size and reasonable price. I tried the Hawaiian sub with mayo, cheese, ham , pineapples and a side of french fries. The portion size was large for one person.
Casual dinning with a wide variety of decent food Italian, Mediterranean, steaks, subs, etc. Fair prices.
So much more than just a Grill! Lots of fresh Vietnamese options gluten free too, awesome cocktail menu and Brian and the rest of the team are so friendly and accomodating to vegetarian options! Will definitely be back :
Fantastic food and great service! 10/10 would reccomend the fruit omelet or the eggs bennie for breakfast!
The worst omelette I’ve ever had. No flavour, super overpriced. $3.50 to add ham and $3.50 to add cheese plus $13.50 for the omelette. I don’t mind paying extra for things but there’s barely any on there. Plus, it’s some kind of magic trick that they were able to make the eggs so thin. I ordered for take out, if i had been served this in person I would have sent it back to the kitchen.
This place is totally underrated, our huge breakfast was delicious and cheap, but nobody else was here maybe because they don't open until 9am? Good location, right at the end of Main Street. The lunch and dinner menu looked nice as well. Would be a great spot to sit and eat on the patio out front.
Burger was ordinary but not bad. The glass of water was dirty though. The pho was delicious and the sizzling beef very tasty.
Food was very good, I'm all about the pizza.Food: 5/5
