One of our favorite restaurants in Whitehorse. Love their food and varieties of brewed beers. We always get a board to start, but half is usually the good side. Their burgers were decent. Fajitas is recommended. I would avoid Anne’s dumplings though. Not that they are not good, but they are overpriced and really meh. Overall, their board, burgers, fajitas and beers are awesome!
Great spot to eat. Micro brewery with lots of choices. Food was delicious. The fajitas are big enough to easily share. Cozy atmosphere, the bar portion of the building is an old log cabin. Thursdays and Fridays are busy and you may have to wait with no reservation. We went on Saturday at 5 and it was empty but filled shortly afterward.
The food was amazing. The cocktails were next level. It was such a great atmosphere and again, cocktails, they were perfect. This is the kind of place that is more then just a drink and good food, it is an experience. One that I highly recommend
We had a very nice meal and drinks here. We walked in around 5 and they had room for us. Loved the food, the portions were a bit small but tasted so good. Also loved the verity of alcohol options.Food: 5/5
Talk about all flash no substance. This review is for the restaurant. The food seemed interesting in terms of options and appearance but the taste was nowhere to be found. Very pricey for such insipid taste. To me either the choices were the wrong ones or the execution or the ingredients were off. The service was adequate, having to chase servers is never a good thing. The ambiance was very good and so was the presentation of the dishes which made the food so underwhelming. If I had to describe the food, it would be as if it was fast fashion, or a much lower version of Zara. It looks good on the eyes but falls fast apart when you notice it's not there. At this price, it's almost disrespectful to serve such bad food. Please do a tasting of your own menu and tell me its good food with any form of honesty. The meat was terrible and the only thing salvage were the tortillas for the tacos. When I have to see what I ordered to make judgement of what I am eating is a big problem. The bar gets a 4 star review. Very good offerings and cocktails. Pricier in a per drink basis but for value is very fair. They are on the stronger side in that you pay the fair price given the contents. I however do not like when bars are political pods for politicians to go on their soap box. As such, this place makes me feel slimey and it feels dishonest in a way that it detracts from the experience. Some bars stand out due to their support of some values, and elevates them as lighting rods of new movements, this is the contrary and its reflected in the score. Overall, focus on improving your food and stop asking for support when you charge the prices you do without fully delivering. Also don't be surprised if people dislike the place due to its association with politicians of a certain world view. Please fix your food as the place is very nice and it does have an aesthetic that could be great if the food was anything above just edible.
Cozy spot with great staff. The beer was great- drank the Red IPA and although IPA isn't usually my jam this wasn't too bitter.
If you are out looking for some of the best mixed cocktails in Whitehorse this is your spot. Or if your like me and into a place you can rely on for a good deeply delicious wine. The building actually has history, I know of one of the elders who lived in the cabin part of the building. Staff are sure there is haunting! Don't let it scare you from this gem!
Had a nice red wine and Thai curry here. It was not conventional, more of a soup, but the flavours were nice! My partner had a burger and enjoyed it!
A most to try! Great service good food and great drinks.
Great food, amazing craft beer, and wicked cocktails. Perfect blend of everything.Food: 5/5
