We ordered pick up food on the phone on Tuesday. Makenna was very knowledgeable regarding the menu. I have been to Earls many times but it was great to have someone explain the menu to me for once. She was polite and cheerful and I thank you for this experience.
If you find a restaurant with a good atmosphere, this is the place. It is better to go here with friends and couples than with family. There is a large parking lot. Since there are many customers in the evening, I recommend you to make a reservation in advance and go.
Everytime I've been here, the service has always been great and the food has been amazing! Tonight in particular, we had a server, who I belive was named Trevor, who was incredibly helpful and attentive! Will always come back here and recommend this place to my friends.
Earls is simply the Best !.. The food is awesome. The staff is awesome.. Nothing but great things to say about Earls !
I sat at the bar and received amazing service from Ryanne, she went above and beyond in her attentiveness and quality of service!
Food was good and as expected from Earls, service wasn't great. Ordered a Cesar and they served it in a giant beer mug with more ice than anything...terrible. server also got the other drink order wrong and wasn't very professional or polite.
Rebuild the dam bar or my next comment is to the inspectors.! Worst bar and back bar I've seen in a while. Sham ... Also the Edison bulbs are dated. Time to upgrade! Ffs come on. Even the bartender says the fridge catches on fire if ya push it back. The underside of bar is gross. Can't imagine the bacteria hanging out there!
Very accommodating staff, friendly and helpful. But their impossibe burger and fries was not big enough and the fries should be unlimited especially for the price that is charged
