Harold's Restaurant

The decor is retro with red upholstered furniture, brick walled fireplace and pictures and decor of the past. It definitely takes you back many decades. Family run with good options. No veggie options though except maybe just a burger. The chef was kind enough to make spaghetti with tomato sauce without meat. Couple of items on the menu were not available. Overall good place to visit if you are not vegetarian.

A quaint little place with a 1950s theme and feel to it. Food fare was a little basic but good nonetheless. Again, with a lot of places in Canada, there seems to be staff shortages, and this is no exception. Counter seating is still off-limits, I'm guessing as a remnant of the height of the Covid pandemic. Private booths and regular table seating available, service was good but get in early as there's not many places to park.

Excellent service and spot on food throughout my lifetime. Harold's is a must when in Kamloops. Home-style food arrives quickly and with a smile, no matter the size of the group or how many mods on the order. Don't ever change! ^_^

Wow , one of the best places to eat. First time going for dinner, food is awesome , quality is perfect great flavors and you are not disappointed with the portions. My son go there for breakfast they brag about how delicious they are. One of these days i will have to go for breakfast.

Fast and friendly service from the staff, great tasting food and homemade apple pie. A handy location on the Trans Canada east service road. Will definitely eat here again.

Quaint little place on the outskirts of Kamloops. A large selection of food, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our food was pretty good, our waitress was fantastic and very speedy. Docking one star because the prices are high for the quality of food, but overall I would still recommend visiting. We will visit again on our next trip through town. Kid-friendliness: There is a kid's menu, and accessible washrooms with change tables. Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible through the front doors but no way of getting downstairs to the washrooms.

Start off by saying GOOD food...BAD experience. We were evacuated from the fires and our first breakfast there we came in as a table of 10 we are neighbors and also related they didn't want to seat us together because it was too hard for the waitress. They sat half of us on the other side of the restaurant. They wouldn't let another member of the family come to our table to talk to us...no visiting. We ordered lunch to go and came back the next morning and they REFUSED to serve the other half of our group because her husband wasn't there....the food we got was good but if your looking for a smaller eat...like fruit or a breakfast sandwich they don't have. Its also more expensive than other places. Just the attitude and atmosphere ruined it. Every other place we have been to has been super accommodating and reasonable. We all won't be be returning.

The food is alright. They make one good milkshake. I do hope they work and improve their customer experience through server interaction.

Great service and food. Very filling. Cheesecake was great not too sweet.

They make a decent burger and the french fries are freshly cut. The restaurant's decor is an attempt to give it the feel of an old diner, and the booth seating is comfortable although a bit tighter than I'd like even during the downswing of the pandemic. Staff were pleasant and the service was good, although prices seem to have recently jumped upward.
