Great place for a quick walk or break from busy day. Big soccer and sports fields

Nice big open field. There is a small playground near by and a base ball diamond. Most importantly,it is across from a Tim Hortons.

It's an ok place to start walking the Crunch. I'm not sure if it would be a good place to play soccer or baseball. The fields seem a bit marshy.
