Durham Tires

If I could give this "business" zero stars, I would. They seemed to be accommodating prior to me paying, they said that if I came back every 10,000km I could get my tires rotated, they also mentioned the tires I would be purchasing should last 5 years. At this point I asked if I needed to bring anything with me to have the tires roated, they said no. So I assumed I could throw out the poor excuse for an invoice; which really was a piece of paper with the handwritten cost that I paid in cash, and nothing else. 3 months later my tire has a giant bubble in it, and my dealership was quite uncomfortable with me even driving it back home. Once I contacted Durham Tires about this they told me they'd get me "a price". Which is outrageous considering they should have a warranty. After the women's unprofessional behaviour on the phone she told me to come in to see the tread on the tire to evaluate the warranty. Well I showed up, where a 20-something year old brat "Junior" yelled at me from atop the stairs saying they can't do anything without that hand written receipt. As if to say, they don't keep any files, even when I provided the date of purchase (tax fraud I'm sure). They didn't even bother to come look at the tread to notice that I've only had the tires for 3 months. Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. Do yourself a favour and find a reputable business that doesn't take cash and has real invoices, I suppose they just want to task cash so they don't claim their profits. Disgusting. Not to mention the building itself is less than safe feeling. Never again.

They did not honor their warranty. Bought tires and had hole in it. Then blamed me saying that I ran over a nail. Poor staff and it took over day's to find my tires. They are un professional if I could I would give them 0 stars. ☹

My husband recently purchased 4 winter tires from this location First issue they said they had all 4 tires and after 6 hours of waiting informed him they only had 3 And to come back for the fourth tire in a week. Fine. Come Wednesday one of the winter tires is completely blown out, he returns the tire and miraculously they have the tire available. He still has not received the fourth tire in replacement of the all season they put on. By Friday hes in the store waited 3 additional hours for a tire that was retread. Unlike our other tires. Moral of the story do not buy here . The woman who works there is COMPLETELY unprofessional and unhelpful. This is poor customer service and worse poor quality. We have since taken our business elsewhere and have purchased additional tires. What a waste of time and money.
