Durham Christian Bookstore

I was excited to find a Canadian Christian bookstore online but have been disappointed so far. I’ve ordered a book a month and a half ago, haven’t received it, I’m not getting responses to multiple calls or emails.

Horrible experience. I bought 4 Bibles for my girls on 8th Feb from their online site since they said they're fully online. We're almost towards the end of the month and no delivery just one update that I got after purchase so there's no idea when to expect the delivery. No one has responded to my texts or calls. It's so frustrating. Please consider a physical bookstore if you must.

The store is ideally located off highway 401 and Simcoe st S. The store was very welcoming and clean. They carry a wide variety of products to include books, wall displays, DVD , CD and prefilled Communion cups. Stop by today you won't be disappointed.

Always very helpful and kind here. They have even referred me to other stores if they don't have what I'm looking for, which to be honest with you is very rare. Though if they can bring in what I'm looking for I would rather get it from them just because of the level of respect and kindness I have been given.

Staff was very helpful and knew were everything in store was. When I was there she tried to assist a homeless person. So she was super friendly to everyone.

I was so sorry to see this lovely book store close, the owners were fantastic people who would go above and beyond to help you,l hope they will be able to open again in the near future, wishing then God's blessings

Smaller store, easy to access. Lots of inspirational gifts and staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a bit of everything, from books to home decorations, from movies to Sunday School resources and anything in between.

This store is amazing. Before I went to this store my grades where failing and I couldn't play sports. After walking into the story it felt like life had been breathed in me. I got straight A's and not work in the NHL.

Great browsing. Near to 401 exit Durham Christian Book Store has now moved to Oshawa and is located at 524 Simcoe Street South, a much more convenient and central location for all Durham dwellers. CIO. Drop in and meet the new owners and browse the specials. A great way to spend some quality time.
