My wife and I bought our dream house last year with Mike's able assistance. We were impressed with his insight and knowledge about the various neighbourhoods and trends in Calgary. He proactively informed us of new properties coming on the market and fair value comparisons. Mike was punctual in setting the appointments and taking us to see the houses. He was very pleasant to work with and provided excellent professional advice. We highly recommend him as your real estate agent.

A few years ago I contacted Mike to help me look for a suitable home for my daughter who was moving back from Ottawa with her 2 dogs to go to UofC. He really listened to my needs and showed me as many suitable places as I could get to in the short time we had. We had so much fun driving all over the city looking at prospective places. We finally settled on one which turned out to be perfect in the end, as it is near dog parks and cycling trails, and near to where my daughter was going to school and is now working. It had also been recently updated, so there was nothing to fix. She and her digs have been very happy these past few years, and I think she will be there awhile longer. When the time comes to expand or upgrade, we will call Mike. Thanks so much!

I find the process of looking for a home to be both an exciting and stressful time. I have used Calgary Real Estate Alliance three separate times and have walked away each time more impressed. Krista and Mike took the time to not only answer all my questions, but even provided me with answers to questions I didn't even think to ask. If you are looking for a real estate agent that listen to what you want and delivers, I would definitely recommend Krista and Mike.

We were searching for a condo near Mt. Royal University and had no connection with any realtors in Calgary. After searching on the internet we found Mike and Krista Kehoe. It was a very fortunate find as they were able to help us purchase just the right condo! They made the process to search, view and purchase a place very easy despite us not living in the city. We found Krista and Mike very professional and we were very impressed with how quickly our questions were answered and how efficiently documents were processed. We would absolutely use Krista and Mike again and would recommend them to our friends and family.

As we look for a property for our son to live in Calgary while attending UofC and training we came across Mike Kehoe through our web search. We were truly glad we did. As we realized quickly as we started the process of looking for condos the team of Mike and Krista are truly amazing, professional and extremely knowledgeable. It is hard to purchase a property from a distance. They kept us information and presented all the potential properties, reviewed with us all the details (pro’s and con’s) of each and took the time to show them to our son. When the time came to make an offer (bid war) they guided us perfectly to win and not leave money on the table. They also provided us great recommendations on the lawyers/ taxes/utilities. They didn’t leave us after the deal was signed. They insure that as we took possession and a few months after they were still assistance us in understanding the Calgary process. We have no hesitation of recommendation the team of Mike and Krista to any potential buyers or sellers. We know who we will call when we are ready to sell our place in Varsity Village.
