Examiner was lovely! Everything is very straight forward and organized. Customer service was great. The staff are only frustrated because literally every other customer in there doesn't know what their doing and yells at the staff about the stupidest stuff. If you're nice to them they'll be nice to you! Also, there will always be a line, so if you show up at busy time then you'll have a long line, at non busy times the wait isn't that bad.

Not as bad as the ratings say it is. Like any gov owned establishment there will always be a wait line, but staff was actually very patient and helpful, no one seemed frustrated and things were moving in orderly fashion. Good location to go.

Awful road test experience. Got my g2 no problem in Oakville. Instructor failed to explain very specific rules that made no sense. Such as I wasn't allowed to drive behind a truck that was driving fine and going the speed limit?? Also making a right turn signal to stop on a suburb road with no cars in sight that is one lane??. Instructor yelled at about me about certain things and then also stayed silent. Awful experience will be going somewhere else.

This place is nuts....today temp is -25C and people standing out side in that frigid cold temperatures more than 2 hours. Then inside 2 hours. Poor organizing. Any other drive test centres are better than this.

Just had the most "pleasant" experience with the people that work at this DriveTest location. Brought all of the required documentation for a license exchange, got to the door after waiting in line for 2 hours (pretty fast, considering it's a government office), only to be told the documentation was incorrect. I showed her two supporting VALID documents and the worker says, "That's NOT ID, where is your ID?" I calmly explained and pointed out which IDs were which and she proceeds to say, "Right, so, that's NOT ID, where's your ID?" We pulled up the information from THEIR website which showed what we could bring as identification and the lady says, "That's not what I said the ID could be," and basically shoves us out of line. Such a pleasant experience, so glad that I had the opportunity to wake up in the morning to face the wrath of satan himself (or herself in this case). Will definitely be going to another location this week.
