Driver Examination Centre

Gave my G1 test today. Reading all the negative reviews, had gone prepared. To my surprise, the line did not have more than 7-8 persons in the morning ( I showed up at 8.15am). The entire process took less than an hour. Even given a feedback questionnaire at the end for survey purposes. I interacted with 3 staff personnel and each of them were very courteous and clear in instructions. I don't know what's the negative reviews are all about. Pleasant and quick experience !!

The most bad test center in whole Ontario. The examiner think that in this whole world only we (examiner) are the best driver. I don't know what's the passing craetaria of drive test. Very very rude behavior they have. I think they are not allowed to smile. Yesterday I had road test their my appointment was at 2 30pm but my friend wait in the car for 1 hour he went for road test at 3 25pm. I.have to say lots of more. But no one can ask them.

Not really sure about the other reviews on this place, but I went and had a good experience. Walked in and it wasn't too packed on a monday afternoon around 12:30pm, service was great and the people were very friendly. Only had to wait around 20 minutes to do my G1 test. I was in and out in around 30-40 minutes, passed the test first try. All the people I interacted with were nice people and easy to communicate with, I guess it's recommended to come on a Monday so you don't have to wait long.

Absolute disastrous service...No 2 staff says the same...They will tell what they feel is right then and next time when you go there be ready for a shock. I went there first time and one of the lady sitting there said I will have to go to Indian consulate and get a sworn affidavit to add my driving experience so that I can give my G test as I didn't carry the extract of my licence from India. I took a day off from my work went to Toronto, spent entire day there to get the sworn affidavit. Next day after standing for almost 2 hours outside in chilling cold weather, staff bluntly refuses to accept it and told me that they accept this letter from any other consulate but Indian consulate. When we check on the Internet it leads us to the same sworn affidavit, however, they still refuses. They seem to work not to help others but to wile away their working hours somehow and get their wages...Pathetic service...who is going to bear the loses that I am suffering because of them...

Extremely long lines, people arguing an bickering because someone ALWAYS trys to cut in the line. Couple of rude employees, not all of them are rude though. Do not come on a saturday, worst time too come because it's so packed and everyone is grumpy.
