Driver Examination Centre

I recently came here for my G road test, and I wanted to share my experience with my examiner, Danielle. From the very beginning, she was incredibly humble, professional, and respectful. She gave all the instructions very clearly and calmly, which made me feel more comfortable during the test.nnThere were moments when I wanted to confirm directions, and when I asked whether I should move right or left, Danielle patiently repeated and clarified everything without hesitation. Her communication was excellent, and she maintained a polite and positive attitude throughout the entire exam.nnI honestly do not understand why this location receives so many negative reviews because my personal experience was completely different. Danielle treated me with kindness and professionalism, and she made what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable.nnA big thank you to Danielle for being such a wonderful examiner and for creating a respectful and supportive testing environment. People like her truly make a difference.

Very disappointing experience. The wait time was much longer than expected, and the customer service was not helpful. Staff seemed rushed and did not clearly explain the process. The overall experience was frustrating and stressful. I hope they improve their service and communication in the future.

I took my G2 test here today and passed on my FIRST TRY, I was incredibly nervous after hearing all the comments about Toronto drive test experiences. But this centre absolutely proved the opposite! I had an incredible experience, the test was smooth, and the instructor was the best; he did not put any pressure on me, nor made me uncomfortable or nervous.nI would absolutely recommend this location

I had a great experience doing my G2 test at this location. My examiner, Sergio, was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I was very nervous at the beginning of the test, but he stayed calm, gave clear instructions, and helped me feel much more comfortable throughout the drive.nnAfter the test, he took the time to explain my mistakes, shared helpful driving tips, and made sure I understood how to become a safer driver. I really appreciated that he focused on teaching, along with evaluating.nnThank you, Sergio, for making what could have been a stressful experience so positive. I highly recommend this DriveTest location, especially if you have Sergio as your examiner!

I had a very positive experience at this DriveTest location after resolving an issue with my license exchange. The staff immediately explained that the correction had to be done through ServiceOntario, which was very helpful and clear.nAt the time, there were only appointments available, but since they couldn’t process my exchange because of the name correction issue, they kindly told me to come back after fixing it and said that if somebody didn’t show up for their appointment or if there was an available window, they would help me.nWhen I returned, I waited only about 30 minutes, and they quickly and professionally completed everything for me with a positive attitude.nnVery thankful for the help and support. Great customer service and much appreciated!
