Unique guesthouse that blends modern comforts with century old post and beam architecture.

Greatly enjoyed taking my two young children (aged 2 and 4) for a visit out to the country to Dream Horse B&B. The converted barn is very unique - a must see. We also had fun taking a hike through the woods, seeing the horses, and eating a delicious breakfast. Looking forward to our next get-away.

What a discovery! This 4 story old dairy barn has been converted into amazing luxury rooms and suites accessed by bridges and spiral stairways. It has views of pastures and fields and is close to wineries, sailing or pontooning at Pymatuning Lake, kayaking, antique shops, swimming at the sandy beach, and so much more. Thank you to the friendly innkeepers for a lovely time and the bonfire!

I loved this warm county huge home. I was so amazed to see a barn made into such a wonderful escape. I even looked at pictures at how it was built. Alan, should come and fix my home! I used to sit in on the window sill in the evenings and stare out at the horses and fields of wildflowers. What a great place for an author. My friend and I wanted a place to do some writing. Both of us had books to finish, but I was so relaxed, I didn't do much writing. Nothing could compare to looking at the brilliant, starry, night sky. I can't see it from where I live due to light pollution. My friend and I sat out at night to talk and pet the cat. I understand that the owners, breed and use their horses for business and was not surprised to not be able to take pictures of their horses. But, Catherine was very obliging and took pictures of us for remembrance with the beautiful animals and sent them to us later. One thing that amazed me was that they allowed dogs. I have a really difficult time finding a place that let's them stay. While there a couple of different parties came and stayed with their dogs. One girl had a horse with her and she was traveling cross country. What a great find for an impossible request! A dog and a horse. They don't do that in Florida. I don't eat breakfast, I am not a real early riser. But, Catherine would thoughtfully save me something and always had my tea water waiting for me. And the Amish restaurant nearby had the best home cooked food ever. And we loved to go to lunch there. We met guests who invited us out on their sailboat. Imagine! I didn't go, but my friend did. It was so homey there I think it inspired a kind attitude in most everyone we met. I read a review below by some lady who complained about the place. Well having stayed in the same room I find her description way off base. It is a B&B, not a hotel. So not using a hot tub at night never entered my head. There were others trying to sleep. I don't know why someone would expect a refund for staying and having to leave because they needed to get their dog to a closer vet. I get it totally, they love their baby, I love mine too. But, why should they get a refund, I never heard of anyone getting a refund for their own problem?? I never expected to find a place I wouldn't mind living in. I am a country lover stuck in the city. And I felt at home. Next time I bring the dogs and my husband. Just so I can share a vacation with my dogs too, I can watch them run in lush, emerald, pastures, instead of having to board them!

Dream Horse Guesthouse with emphasis on "dream"....the owners; Allen & Catherine were so accomodating, gracious & genuinely interested in providing any helpful info. The conversion of changing this "once upon a time" property from a Dairy Farm has been done with great care & attention to detail!! We received a warm welcome which set the tone for what was to be a fabulous time. Breakfast was superb, accommodations were perfect for us & our Suggy (11 pound Shitzu). This is a place to enjoy beauty, nature & traquility at its finest!! Don't miss the chance to visit this B&B for your rest & relaxation, you will be wow'd😊
