I've only checked in so far, but what a great experience. Update - The rest of my experience at this hotel lived up to the great check-in. The important things - The hotel was VERY clean and well maintained. I never spotted any dusty corners, peeling wallpaper, or dirty carpet. The entire staff was friendly and professional. Every person I encountered at least said hello. The front desk team was warm and welcoming. The nice to have things - The continental breakfast had a lot of choices. The hotel is very close to several restaurants and a large mall. The pool was nice, as was the hot tub. The hotel also offers two hours of adults only swim, which is nice for those looking for a quieter experience. Overall my experience was great and I definitely go back to this Holiday Inn.

We have been coming here once a year since they built it, maybe 15 years ago, and it’s the best HI we have ever been to. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate any request, and they’re always super friendly. The rooms are *always in great shape, the breakfast is excellent, they put soup out in the afternoons, there’s always cookies available and the pool is always in great shape too. It’s reliably excellent every year. Stay here.

Stayed overnight in a king suite just to get away. Wasn't looking for frills n thrills but let me to you: the ambiance was warm and inviting, the staff friendly and accommodating; they had fruit and water readily available in plain sight; a wonderful cocktail area/hour (2-3 hrs with free apps and great drink specials); the pool/ Jacuzzi area is like an island oasis- clean, well kept and it's so cute; the rooms are spacious, bathrooms huge and I slept Sooo good. The bed was 'ginormous', soft yet firm and had the perfect pillows. Whether for business or pleasure, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Niles, OH.

Me & my family stayed 12/29/17 are stay was absolutely amazing. The staff is fabulous so very nice. The manager Kayla is great. The pool & Jacuzzi were awesome We will for sure be back to stay. Thanks for the awesome stay staff. ❤

Very clean room. Perfect information cards everywhere. Staff checked in with me to make sure the room was up to my standards and that I didn't need anything. Breakfast was much better than expected for being a hotel. Jets in tub!
