Days Inn & Suites Youngstown / Girard Ohio

It was horrible. The condition was very filthy. I checked in Sunday March 18, 2018 evening and checked out March 19, 2018 morning. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, not even my worst enemy. There were spot's all over the recliner. I can only imagine what those spot's were. I went on business and informed my manager to see if we can take this hotel off of our list. Wish I had something nice to say but I don't. If there was a -negative star I would rate it.

Me, my cousin, and both of our grandmother's stayed at this hotel for one night. It was disgusting! We heard they had an indoor pool and we checked it out. When I stepped in my toes immediately started burning. There were Bobby pins, hair bands, and bugs in the pool as well as spiders crawling around the side of the pool. One of the beds had a metal thing sticking far out from under the bed. We tried to fix it, but could not. The wall paper was peeling in the bathroom. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, and when the toilet flushes it sounds like there's something wrong with the pipes. Also, there was black mold on the walls around the shower. We had a continental brealfast, but what was served were little debbies and bread was stale. For the price you pay to stay there you may as well save up to stay at the Avalon Country Club. This place sucks!

It was just OK. Nothing that great. The person checking me in was not nice at all. I almost walked because of that, but had a wedding to get too. The rooms are nothing to get excited over but hey if you need a place to stay this place will be fine. I am just very mad because we could not use the pool because of rowdy, very out of control kids & Management did nothing to resolve the situation to make everyone happy. A few people were very mad. I would recommend staying here all in all. It's a fine over nighter.

The staff was amazing. They understood my situation. They accepted my dogs with no problem. Highly recommend this establishment

The rooms look nothing like the ones posted. Everything is old and dirty. The room stunk of cigarettes and gave me a massive heartache. There was huge sections of peeling paint. The linens look like something from a 70’s horror movie and were dirty and tattered. The owners are rude. Will look directly at you or pass by you and not even acknowledge you. DO NOT stay in this motel. You’ve been warned.
