Today being served by more courteous personnel... Table cloth still not thoroughly cleaned, has stain.... Dim sum varieties are good....

Great taste. The lobster rice was only $39.99. Clean environment. Distantly spaced. Covid friendly. The rate at which they put out the dishes was slow. We waited 35 min from ordering to getting the food. But the taste made the wait worth it!

All dim sum prices are either $7.68 or $8.68 w/ 12% off billall day+ $1.50 tea charge p.p. Average taste, normal portions. The other stir fry small plates from Kitchen Specialties are good too. Down to earth restaurant, friendly staff.

Decent dim sum Place. Very busy though, and the tables are so close to each other, kinda hard to move around. The chairs are very closely seated together as well.

Amazing dimsum, would highly recommend. Portions are huge, taste is amazing, and servers are friendly and attentive. Better than most places in Vancouver and Richmond. A must try!!!

Good quality Chinese seafood, good service, a ambience is good, tables are spacious.
