Boil it World MaLaTang

What a amazing taste and experience in Boil it World today with my big party!! We order there new new style of Roast duck in Malatang, manager telling me this is first store are providing this kind of Malatang~ definitely will come back for this, but don’t forget to call a head if you want to order it because is it limited sever!

To be honest, there’s basically no staff service. I ordered self-pick up and when I went there I don’t know which one is mine and I had to check the order number myself. The food tasted ok but the vegetables were all overcooked.

The food alright I guess but for the price I’m eating there for, there are a few things bothering me. Where the service is a bit sloppy, the first time I went there I thought I didn’t put as much beef when I got my soup even though I remember putting a lot and this time second time I remember how many pieces of tripe I got and also how many beef I put in the bowl before I pay , when I got my food I think they take some out in the kitchen because when I got my order to eat i was definitely missing not a lot but I could definitely tell they did not cook everything I put in the bowl

First of all, I’d like to say that the hotpot isn’t that great. Plus, the price is just unacceptable…. $100 for 2 people for a pot with no meat inside is just ridiculous! For that price, you might as well go to HaidiLao. The ingredients were not fresh and you could tell it’s been sitting there for a while. Those fish balls are made out of flour with flavoured powder and even the tripe is fake. Nothing is authentic in this place and is a straight up scam. If you are a smart person and you are reading this, please learn from the mistake of this nephew and avoid this place at all costs. You’re welcome

While the food was delicious with good portion size, the spiciness was a challenge, but thats to be expected on a first order. Next time we order we’ll ask for 1/2 as spicy.

I mean I added rice cake extra fees, literally there are only two pieces, I was shocked. The other white one are quail eggs. The taste of the soup is nice, but seriously, 21 dollars for this, I doubt.

Trash restaurant what so ever Don’t order this restaurant or use any takeout app to order their food. They can’t prepare the food property and the food was leak everywhere, and after customer phoned them and ask them what’s going on ? They blame all the fault to the delivery guy.

This restaurant will take the food away after checkout. Never go. I took a bunch of hairy belly and beef, and only three pieces of hairy belly and two pieces of beef came out, which is not a business that any restaurant would do. And seeing other people's comments are like this, not only me, if you want to eat some food, consider other places.

I took quite a few beef tripe but after the staff boiled my food, I only had 2 pieces. Obviously the staff took my beef tripe away and put back to the shelf later. Basically the store stolen the food I paid for!

I ordered takeout from them through ubereats. Their malatang is really good and they use whole shrimp. Temperature was perfect even after delivery. Will order again
