This guy is busy! Prepare to wait but know that he knows his stuff. He is awesome and thorough. He was very kind and patient with me and explained everything. His staff are amazing and kind. Today I told him his staff are wonderful and he said "I know I wouldn't be here without them!" What a great attitude. Thanks Dr jain and staff for helping this rash covered girl out! You are the best!

Dr Jain and his staff have always been phenomenal. I had to take my 1 yr old here on a few occasions and they're always very friendly, professional, and efficient with everything and informative. Clarence at the front of the clinic is always so welcoming, and accommodating. Fantastic staff, who works hard. Very impressed.

Two minute consultation, didn’t listen to the patient important concerns. I wanted to get food testing due to previous anaphylaxis, instead got a patch test for already known allergens and other completely irrelevant allergens. During the booking process, I was told I would get food testing which I didn’t wouldn’t have consented to any testing if I knew this. Took a month just to get a hold of the office. When leaving after my first patch test appointment, wasn't told about who to contact if any severe reaction occurred or any info of that sort. Just told not to shower or take off the patches. Overall, seems more like a business entrepreneur than a healthcare provider. After many months waiting to finally figure out what is causing my anaphylaxis, happy to say that Dr Jain was no help and I will now be going to a different allergist.

Had been in this office for allergy test. To book this test you might have to wait few months as mister doctor is very busy and can forget to call you back to make an appointment. Secondly when you arrive, nurse is very good and helpful but doctor may forget about your existence and make sure you go outside to front desk for staff to remind him that you are still waiting for mister important doctor. When trying to book a phone appointment you must also remember that it might take a month to call you of course if he doesn't forget about you again, mister doctor is very busy and maybe you shouldn't have started seeing him in first place. Waited weeks for phone consultation, 30 second phone call which consisted of "we will get you in soon" not sure why the receptionist couldn't just tell me that. That was 12 months ago and no calls back. Will look elsewhere.

You can book out a month in advance for appointments but expect cancellations on his end. You are expected to show ultimate flexibility and accommodation but that same doesn’t apply to the doctor and his schedule. After an hour drive, local construction by his office created traffic for pretty much everyone - 5 minutes late and no understanding shown. Update: I did get a follow-up call from Dr. Jain who explained the lack of flexibility today and asked if my treatment could be moved closer to where I live. I appreciated this follow up.

Brutal.. unprofessional. Can’t get a hold of anyone. Bad customer service with attitude. Had an appointment booked.. a much needed one.. and finally after a month and a half was waiting for my phone appointment and no call. Then they call me saying they tried to connect with me.. lie as I have been waiting for this appointment. Just go somewhere else.

I'm only giving 3 stars because the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make my daughter feel comfortable. Dr. Jain was condescending and arrogant. Didn't like the man. When I asked questions he seemed impatient to answer them and talked over me. Felt more like an inconvenience than a patient.

Had patch test done July 24. Was told he would follow up after 4 weeks to make sure the treatment he prescribed me was working and to reevaluate. I called back 2 weeks later in regards to a reaction and was told he couldnt diagnose from pictures and they would call me to make an in office appointment. I tried to make the appointment while on the call with him because of how long it took for them to call me to book the patch test in the first place and he said no theyll call me. Not only has nobody called me to this day to make an appointment but I had no followup after the 4 weeks for the treatment he prescribed me. Ive been trying to find out what my skin issues are for 2 years now and the fact that they just dont bother to followup after saying they would is very disappointing especially with how hard it is to get proper care to begin with during the pandemic.

All of the staff and Dr. were very friendly and fast. Dr. Jain was quick to come in, introduced himself, explained the process for today and for the other appointments to come.
