Great friendly service. Very caring and concered for your over all health. Machine testing was very well monitored and any concerns a phone call promotly the next day. Worked very closely to make sure proper masks and settings were used!

The LEAST friendliest technicians I have ever encountered! Not very professional. I am referencing the nighttime staff.

Waited over 1.5 hours to be seen then they proceeded to tell me they forgot about me and the Dr had to go so couldn't see me. I heard him talking earlier about needing to get his passport...I'm sorry if I "forgot" about one of my clients I would get my passport another day. But if he is anything like he sounded he feels his time is much more valuable than his clients. Pompous ___!!!!

Antideluvian wired monitoring, they have apparently never heard of wireless testing. Polite but hurried staff, feels like a conveyor belt, very unpleasant. Uncomfortable single beds, and they have apparently never heard of CPAP pillows or a hose tamer. Office environment so cold it was like sleeping in a morgue and the staff was similarly warm, lol. Bring earplugs because the walls are like cardboard - I asked for earplugs and was told they could provide, but my busy distracted tech forgot and I didn't receive them as requested. No advance notice that cell phone and internet coverage is unavailable, I have a home situation which requires being constantly available for emergencies and questions and could have made alternate arrangements with advance warning, but instead spent a very anxious night out of touch. This clinic has been a money factory for years, its time the owners invested in some modern technology. Worst nights sleep I've had in 20 years with or without my APAP, and there was no choice of unit to use for the study (they wouldn't let me use my own machine). I was able to use my own mask and hose, but the tech was not a good listener and was dismissive when I told her my mask fit perfectly with no leaks despite a small "home repair" (and when requested not to disturb the repair). During the fit test, surprise surprise it fit perfectly with no leaks - I don't appreciate being treated like an idiot. Sincerely doubt any accurate or realistic data was acquired during this wasted nights sleep. On the plus side (I guess) the staff was ruthlessly efficient - to the extent that I was afraid they would make the bed with me in it if I didn't step lively during the morning dismissal. Run, don't walk to any other clinic, avoid this one like the plague.

Alright location but no variety or choice, you don't get to choose your cpap and it's very expensive compared to other providers
