Dr. Michelle DeSa, M.D.

Dr DeSa was friendly and listened to all my concerns regarding my newborn, I did end up transfering to a paediatrician. The receptionist however, has a very passive aggressive attitude. With my 35min wait, I was very shocked by her attitude (rolling eyes and loud sighs) with patients in person, patients who called in requesting appointments was lied to repeatedly. Dr. DeSa doesn't work on Fridays - not true, I was there on a Friday. Dr. DeSa has a conference later today and will be leaving in 5min - not true, she had 4 patients in the waiting room. Dr. DeSa is working until 6pm today but is fully booked with appointments - not true --ummmm see above The final straw was when my newborn had severe diarrhea and the receptionist was adamant that there was no difference between soy and milk based products (even though Dr. DeSa just told me there was)

Amazing doctor! I was transferred to her when my doctor retired and I'm so happy that I was. She's friendly, caring and really wants to help!!

Call to book an appointment and the receptionist was very rude and abrupt
