We've been going to her for a few years. Three of my children are patients and we're all very happy with Dr Dockrill and staff. They are great at listening and explaining things. We never feel rushed and our concerns area always heard.

Dr. Dockrill has been amazing for my family. We were referred here by our other pediatrican, and I’m so glad we were! Very patient, kind and great bedside manners. Thank you so much for everything.

The staff at reception both a man and a woman are LOVELY. They would receive 5 stars. This rating is only reflective of Dr. Dockrill. Dr. Dockrill is absolutely the most condescending person I have met in a very long time. She was also completely inappropriate in how she interacted with my children. Condescending and disciplinarian.

Our first appt. was great and Dr. was excellent with my child. However, we arrived twice to our appt. and they didn't have us scheduled. Twice! Dr. may be good, but her office and staff are disorganized and misdirected. We've had our GP refer us to someone else.

Dr. Karen Dockrill and the staff at Mom and Baby are wonderful! They are helpful, kind and extraordinarily competent especially in making children and parents feel at ease. They always explain in common language what is going on and have many tools to help you to be a better parent, and to understand your individual child's needs. Thank you Dr. Karen for staying in Canada against all odds!

Dr Dockrill is one of the best Doc I have ever been too and it is sad to lose her due to her secretary being rude and unprofessional. I was upset due to having missed an appointment 1 of about 30 doctors appointments over the last 6 months for my son just did not think it was fair to be charged for a small mistake truer to say I was unhappy and she just hung up on me!

Referred to Dockrill for diagnostics for our Son. She dismissed any concerns that were mentioned. Disregarded his traumatic birth affects. He coded at birth. Denied any concerns. Son is now in grade 4, reading at a grade 1 level barely. Only after his EQAO tests results from grade 3 was a diagnosis determined by the DDSB as moderate learning disabled. F- for Dockrill.

Horrible experience. Had to call multiple times over the corse of three months for follow up I was supposed to receive in weeks. Then they tell me I can come without my daughter as she is away. I arrive to be told shes 14 and they can’t talk without her. Nothing but empty promises and wasted money. If you want help for your children, don’t bring them here

BEST MOST UNDERSTANDING PEDIATRICIAN FOR MY BOYS. SO APPRECIATE HER! WE HAVE BEEN SEING DR. DOCKRILL FOR 3 YEARS NOW.
