Dr. Henry Huang

Went to see Dr. Huang recently for thyroid issues. He seemed fairly straight forward I didn't get any bad feelings about his level of competence. On the other hand when i arrived at his office, his receptionist was doing something and didn't even look at me or acknowledge me in any way for several minutes. When she did finally address me she was neither friendly nor welcoming, which is fine, since some people just shouldn't be dealing with the public and aren't adept enough at any other kind of work, so I could accept this poor attitude towards patients if it wasn't for the fact that this receptionist interacted with other patients and co workers in a far more appropriate manner than she did with me. Perhaps I'm just giving off a 'don't be nice to me' vibe, but even if i was, it's the job of the receptionist to provide a 'reception' which is not meant to be hostile. I'd give this doctor a higher rating if it wasn't for his staff, but I consider my overall experience to be important when purchasing health care services and as a customer, I deserve better.

Terrible service. Not happy and Roberta hangs up on you and never seems to answer the phone. I am going to see my MD for another specialist.Thanks for the headache and one office for this and it takes a week to get your chart to the other office. What about the my online chart? Get with the times.
