Chartier Brenda A Dr

Tonight’s experience with Dr Chartier was very uncomfortable. I felt awkward and as if we were a burden to her during the entire experience. She was unnecessarily condescending in speaking to my daughter about her injury. I found her to be more of a professional bully instead of caring and warm. She cut me off mid sentence trying to explain my concerns. She didn’t even wash her hands or use hand sanitizer between clients and touching items in the room, even though she kept running her index finger against her nose. Ugh!! My daughter whispered to me “I don’t like this doctor”, I whispered back “Me neither”. I had to apologize to my children for taking them to see this doctor and could hardly wait to get out of her presence.
