Dr Ebrahim is very talented and has a lot of knowledge but sometimes, the wait times are too long. The people at the desk say it will take 15-25 minutes for my turn to come but it takes almost an hour sometimes.

This is one of the best places to get your vaccinations for Hajj or Umrah visa. They offer among the cheapest, if not the cheapest, price possible. After checking with several other travel clinics and doctors, it was clear that the meningitis vaccination (ACYW-135) was going to cost me no less than $160. Dr Ebrahim charged me $79 (October 2016). If I could, I would go here for my regular visits, but it's a little too far for me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Doctor Ebrahim is very nice but the staff he hired is just not fit for the profession. I went with my son as he was sick on 14 dec 2016 and the ladies over there made up the decision that the doctor will not see him as his health card was expired.... , it was quarter to 5 and they were giving me suggestions: 1.Take your son to emergency... as he had cough. 2.Go to the health ministry to renew his health card... very funny Then the third purposely was ... give us 50 dollar I agreed and then one went inside and said I talk to my manager and she said that" we can't see your son as his health card is expired " Wow .. we are not running a coffee business, its people's health and we cannot play with that... For their kind information we can not deny the services .... if we are open we have to see patient who are visitors and not have a health card. My son is citizen. So upsetting.... I went to the other clinic and they gave me a very warm welcome and gave me medicine and did not charge anything. I want to tell these ladies that this is not part of their job, people go to the doctor when they are .. sick, tired and not feeling good. They Donot go there to talks more stress or fight with someone. Very sad , I am waiting for Dr. Ebrahim to come back ... talk to him . I am looking for a place to complain about these two ladies as they cannot do this to people.

Dr. Him self is good but his staff no no, they have to give preference to who is his family Dr. First not Wait like walk in patients. I mean it's not fair to who are his family Dr.
